Daemetrius
Hello there, first of all, sorry if my post isn't in the right section, after some research I thought it was the best place for it. Here is my problem, I tried to find some descent armors mods which can take place in the Oblivion's world, and all that I found was manga's armor(hello there? I'm playing Oblivion, not Bleach or Gundam...), full black set of armors (and I don't really want to play Darth Vader), and nude(or nearly) armors(some people seems to confuse Oblivion and porn). I'm just looking for armors able to fit in Oblivion's world, light or heavy, male and female, and after 40 pages in the data base, I didn't found one correct. So if someone knows some correct armors, could he please advice me on them? PS: by the way, sorry if my english isn't great, this is simply not my native language ;)
Rogueonyx
I agree completely with you. I usually play as a Female and I like getting new armors and stuff, but they are always revealing or look way to unusable... I really don't think it can be armor if the entire stomach is showing... BTW your English is great!
kozakkk
I totally agree with you on the absurdity of many of the armor mods. I like Apophis armory of the silver dragon, there is a selection of armors for any kind of character and they all look cool and realistic. The stealth armor i am using may look a little Darth Vadery as you say but perhaps not so much. In any case there are a lot to chose from the batttlemage set looks really nice. Best of all they are not overpowered, they are available only after lvl 20 cost a fair amount of gold and are not enchanted so buy them and enchant them as you wish. And the armor ratings are equivalent to the vanilla armors found a this level so its not a cheat mod. Also there is a back story behind the armors, and i believe there will be a quest mod released latter to get the enchanted versions. In any case check it out
ub3rman123
Try TDA's armory. They're realistic, and there's no female version, which is realistic as well. Because most real-life armors don't contort to the shape of your chest.
documn
A good place to start is the non-sexy armor list.http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=164060&hl=non-sexy&st=
Daemetrius
It's great to see I am not the only one in this case :) Indeed, TDA looks kinda realistic, and the non-sexy armor list already gave me some great amors, thx for the links ;)
