Hi

I'm looking for a way to pause the game to have more time to take screenshots

the ESC button is not a good choice because the menu cover the screen and changes the color of it

when you do some actions in the game its important to stop pause the game

Use console command 'tm'(toggle menu) to hide menu and HUD. If you use 'tm' when menu is opened........... well, you can see the sepia tone will be gone.

you can pause using the console on my version, I dont know if that helps you. Try TM then keep the console open, that shoudl clear everything and pause.

Like said before, you can activate the console (by pressing the tilde ~) to pause. Another trick you might want to do is toggle AI to freeze people in whatever they're doing. To do that, open the console, click the actor you want to freeze (the name and ID should show up at the top of the screen), and then enter the command: tai. Now when you exit the console, the game will still run in normal time, but the actor(s) will be frozen. This way you can move around and do whatever you want to make the screenshot perfect. Use tai again to unfreeze.
