Blank Screen on New Game

When I attempt to make a new game, a loading screen appears for a second before a blank, black screen appears. I can see the Health and Action point bars, both empty.

 

The odd thing is, I can load up a save and play just fine. I really want to mke a new game however, and this bug keeps me from doing so. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Here's My load order:

I'd just try to start a new game without all these Mods. You don't really need them in Vault101 and keep in mind - you need to go through the character creation while growing up. I guess the vast majority of Mods wouldn't take that in account.

 

I suggest to enable them after you've left the Vault.

and keep a strategic save at the end of the vault for the next game.
