Error status 0xc000012f

I recently installed NMM 0.52.3, and whenever I try to run it I get this message:

 

NexusClient.exe - Bad Image

 

C:\windows\SYSTEM32\MSVCR110_CLR0400.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

 

I tried running NMM as an administrator, but no luck.

Is "Try installing the program against.............." a copy and paste or a typo. If it is a copy and paste, it looks suspicious. Error warnings from Microsoft do not contain typos. If you made a mistake when typing the message, it is a Windows program error.

 

You should contact Microsoft Support to resolve the problem.

It was a typo. Fixed it. And okay, I'll see if Microsoft Support can help.

Try uninstalling the KB2879017 update, if you can't then try rolling back to before it's installation.
