A Possible Bug with Rating Articles

Hello, I think I've found a bug concerning the Article Database.

After having read the article about Activity Points, I decided to give it a positive rating (i.e. I found the article helpful). I was not logged in as a member, so after clicking 'Yes' the popup window showed and I had to log in. After that, 'Rating Added' displayed in the popup, thinking my rating was added properly. However, when I refreshed the article page and checked whether my 'vote' had been added, I was surprised that the total number of members who gave the article a rating (be it positive or negative) was increased, but not the number of members who found the article helpful.

I.e. before giving my rating, (at that time) 27 of 42 members found the article helpful, and after giving my positive rating (with the aforementioned conditions) and refreshing the page, 27 of 43 members found the article helpful, but it should be 28 of 43 instead. When I clicked 'Yes' again (already logged in as a member) and refreshed the article page thereafter, both numbers were displayed correctly, i.e. 28 of 43.

The same may happen for those who did not find an article helpful (giving it a 'negative rating', that is).

That may mean that an article in which other members who rated the article the same way as me could be affected by this issue.

It works properly for those who were already logged in and rated the file, though (tried it myself on another article and yes, I read the whole article and found that one helpful as well :)).

(P.S.: Sorry for the lack of good English.)
