tagigan
Any files i've downloaded over 2mb (regardless of compression program)(zip,ace,rar,7z) all show up as invalid archive. Any one else having this problem? I have a slow dialup 3mb file takes just over an hour, Could this be the cause??
Dark0ne
It's likely you're downloading at a time when the server connection is saturated and it may be disconnecting you since too many people are trying to connect to it. The download queue system was developed to fix it, but since so many people whined about it but did little to help I had to remove it... I'm afraid there is no real fix for dial-up users unless you try downloading at off-peak times.
Handeman
Not sure if dialup is causing it. I have DSL and was having the same problem, but only on some sites. Some of the mirrors or alternates worked fine. Turned out it was the built in firewall on my new ASUS A8N motherboard. check this topic
