All Ghouls Friendly?

Could someone help me figure out which mod is turning all Ghouls friendly? My guess is MMM, but I'm not sure which part is doing so. Both Feral and Night stand around and don't attack me...

No, I am not wearing the Ghoul Mask from Roy Phillips. I slaughtered him and his fellow Ghouls this time around.

 

Unless something from AEV innately makes ghouls friendly, but I can't suspect why it would.
