Missing Meshes

I'm having a problem that I just can't figure out. I've played Oblivion before years ago and can't recall this issue before. I'm missing meshes on quite a few things.

The first three Screenshots I'm in the small village in the caves during Mehrunes Dagger. The other 2 are cave entrances. There is one more but I can't remember what castle it was in. The lamps inside the castle that hang from the hallway ceiling, where the chain connecting it to the ceiling, missing mesh error.

 

Anyways, This has me puzzled. I've tried reinstalling 3 times now and I always get the same missing meshes in the same places so I doubt it's an error on my part, though I've been wrong before. I use BOSS and OBMM. I'm also using Qalrs Texture Pack if that helps. Load order is below.

Are you using bsa redirection as a form of archive invalidation? This is in utilities in OBMM.archive invalidation typically makes the last mesh or texture installed be the first mesh or texture used in the game.

[Nexus Set]

You could use RefScope to check out what those missing meshes are in-game. Requires OBSE.

Refscope will tell you what the missing item is and what mod it came from. That makes it much easier to find a fix:

Aye, I did use bsa redirection. Unfortunately I have the D2D version of Oblivion and can't use OBSE.

Using that method on the spots in the last 2 screen shots, and a new spot during The Knights of the Nine quest, this is what I get...

I'm really not sure what to do with this new found information.
