Pretty simple, how do i drop quest item?

COBL has this function (and many others). You have to toggle this function in game, then you can drop every quest item at any time

It is a secondary features, not listed in tesnexus page.

It's a good mod, but you have to cast a spell every time you want to move a quest object.

I am a modder, so to me the simplest way to do this is to make a small mod and go uncheck the quest item box on the item that is annoying me. (You could also add this small tweak to one of your existing mods.)

 

You can also remove items with console codes:

 

Player.RemoveItem 22BA8 1

To do this, you have to know the code for your item, and you have to know the load order of the mod so you can put in the first two numbers right. You can look up item codes in the CS. (But if you can use the CS, you may as well just uncheck the box.) Many item codes can be looked up on Oblivion wikis on the Internet.
