P00KIE
I was wondering if it's possible to lower everything's health so that they die quicker, including my own. I really find it crazy that I have to pump 40 arrows into that weakling conjurer, or blast that timber wolf with 10 blasts of lightning to get him to lay down. I'd like the game to go a little faster paced, with more emphasis on not getting hit perhaps. I'm using Oblivion XP, so I'm pretty sure that'll allow me to lower MY health, and Francesco's just seemed to make everything take longer to kill sneak arrows only = 2x damage. The difficulty slider doesn't help at all either :/ Please help!

Elsarian
Their are mods and Overhauls out there that make your health drop for realism, like people wacking you in the head and it just be as if you only sneezed, yeah there are mods out there that help with that issue. Deadly Reflex is one, and in my opinion, is the best. I love it and have always used it. It makes combat both deadly for you and the person you are fighting or the companion that is with you. Umm some others are like AFC. That is one that I used way back. It basically makes it to where it would hurt more if I hit you in the head with my sword than it would if I had it you in the leg. Basically makes it to where you should pay attention to where you strike on the enemy. Realism tweaks like that go along way. But in my opinion, those are the best choices for you to go with my friend. I hope that this has helped you out in some way. Good luck with it. P.S. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is also a good choice as well. And my personal favorite as far as overhauls are concerned. -Elsarian
P00KIE
I've had deadly reflex installed, and I chose the recommended (regular) damage thing and timed block. I'd prefer to just lower everyone's health rather than raise damage. The default potions (25 50 and 75 restore health) are really useless at the moment. Is there a way to calculate how much health a creature or NPC would have at a certain level?
Elsarian
If there is then I dont know it. I have just always used mods like Reflex and Oscuro's. I do know for a fact that Ocsuro's does lower the health of the player to make it harder. But I do not know the amount. Umm maybe there is a way to do it in the Construction Set but then you would either have to ask someone to do it or do it yourself. But other than that, I do not know anything else that I can say. The last thing I would probably do is just go into the search bar right above all files and folder and type in something like "Lowered Health" or something like that. Here I will check myself and see what I come up with. And if I do find something then I will be sure to give you the link.
Elsarian
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29864 http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27912 These are the best that I could find man. But still I would recommend Oscuros, Francescos, or some overhaul like that. Like I said, the links up there is the best I can do. I looked under every name like, "reduced, health, reduced health, lowered health," and things like that, and I did not come up with much that sounded like what you were talking about. I am sorry if this did not help you or was not what you were looking for, but at least I tried man. -Elsarian
