Jetty
just choose breton as your race. 50% magic resist means the ill effect of the boots only slightly works.Just combine this with Cuirass of Saviours Hide and you will get 100%!
thanateros
true, but even without it you can still see just fine, IIRC it's 110%, but hey, for any Breton....let the good times role.

Malchik
ReyianLook for a loose woman hanging around the countryside a little outside Caldera (on one of the paths), her name is Pemenie. Take it from there.
Charon
Reiyan, yes, you've guessed correctly - effect of blindness wears off after you remove the boots :) "Cure" - you can't cure the blindness, but you can easily prevent it by rising your magic resistance, above 50% is ok - you see only a bit darker then normal. But I swallowed about 4 best resist magicka potions which I managed to buy in Balmora and having 100% resistance got a message that I resisted effect of boots - so I am having 200% more speed and no blindness at all ;)

cbfreel
It isnt good being a vampire for the reason that nobody will talk to you , they will run away. This is probably because your eyes turn white, even when wareing an enclosed helm they still seem to run . You will have dreams before turning into one so you have a chance to cure yourself . You should try to avoid the vampires as best you could because as far as i know there is no turning back after you have turned into one. The boots are owned by Pemenie the trader,if you take her to Gnaar Mok she will give you them but they blind 100% on self so the boot is kinda useless unless you use a resist magic spell or something.I was told this by a friend , so im not entierly sure
