Looking for some easy to install mods that make skyrim better

Hey guys! I love this game, played it many hours and then stopped for a while. I have a new PC and want to really enjoy it again. Can you please help me with some simple to install mods that will make the game fresh and new and I would really love to be able to max out the look of the game without getting to into modding. I am not nearly as good as you guys are with this stuff so I would really appreciate some help.

There is so many ways to improve how skyrim looks thanks to it amazing players, my tip for you is to "Shop" around the nexus. Skyrim looks is all about taste. People like Skyrim HD full, I like skyrim tamriel reloaded, others like flora overhaul, some like ground covers etc but go light! If you will use a heavy ENB, try 2k or 4k textures and not 6k or 8k.

There is a lot more unique mods enhancing gameplay, however you should restrict yourself to what you really would want to change ingame. Each mod eats at your cpu and with old skyrim engine you can see your game hitting responsiveness wall. If you have any requests I can try to point you to mods that changes certain aspects.

IMPORTANT! For mod installing use ModManager + LOOT + TES5Edit (+FNIS if you will use custom animations). This way you can let LOOT (BOSS replacement, use version 7 alpha 4) sort your mod load order while with ModManager you can make profiles with different mod lists (it saves them all in separate folders). Don't forget to clean dirty edits in bethesda master files with TES5Edit.
