There are already many thousands of people playing FO3 with Win7, both 32 bit and 64 bit versions with no problems. Most likely, it's not the FO3 or the Win7, but something on your system, such as playing with mods - FO3 should not be installed in the default location if you are going to play with mods. Instead, put it in C:\Games\Fallout3 to avoid being stymied by the Windows UAC protection. If you have a pirated version, that could be your problem. Don't be so cheap, buy the game. I did buy the game and what the problem that I am having is everytime the game starts up, just before the game comes up it stops and says that windows has found a error and has to shut it down.
