Wow I have never heard of that. If you continually have problems like this and others as well then (I hate to suggest this) but maybe you should reinstall the game. I know it sounds like a bad thing to do, trust me I know. I always play Warrior/Mages and I like to get them at really high levels and have a lot of epic things planned for them, and then something happens and I have to reinstall and yes I get very pissed about it. But hey just copy down your load order and all the mods that you have installed and then reinstall them all and maybe some of those problems will be fixed.

I know that was not much help, but hey, maybe it is time for one man. Like I said, I hate to suggest things like that, but maybe that is your only option??

Again I am sorry my friend.

Few mod-related problems require reinstalling Oblivion entirely. All you need to do, usually, is disable the conflicting mod(s). Seriously, all the installation does is add files. Reinstalling gives you a fresh set of the original files. Most users' original files are still fresh, even as they use mods because most mods do not touch the original files.

I was just simply saying that he can not locate the problem, and neither OBMM or Wrye says that there is a conflict then I guess all you can do is reinstall or deactivate some mods and see which one is the culprit. But when I normally have a conflict, rarely, then it results in either Oblivion not starting up or a CTD. So yeah. I was just simply saying that might be only thing he can do if all else fails.
