The3rdType Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 (edited) When the front page is no longer SFW! Seriously I don't understand why you would hide NSFW images behind a paywall to keep the nexus SFW on the front end just to have a mod that adds posters with tits make it to hotfiles, defeating its purpose completely. SineWaveDrox Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 That file only shows up in the hot files if you have your settings set to allow you to view adult content. Turn off that setting, and it won't be displayed to you. And as far as I know, it will never display to someone who is not logged in either.
The3rdType Posted October 25, 2014 Author Posted October 25, 2014 Yeah but wouldn't turning off adult content block some violent mods for skyrim?
SineWaveDrox Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 It would, yes. I think that if you block specific tags, things that are tagged with that will also not show up for you in the hot files. So you could block the nudity tag, or whatever you don't want to see.
Jokerine Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Indeed, tags such as nudity and sexy/skimpy should do the trick. For instance, these are the tags I have blocked myself.
The3rdType Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 Oh wow thats pretty neat. Sorry for fillabustering over nothing.

TheVampireDante Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 To exclude follower mods - some people just aren't that interested in additional followers.
Jokerine Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Indeed, I made myself my own follower and he's all I ever dreamed of  Not to mention most companions tend to be of the cute sexy animu waif variety, which I am not interested in. If I feel the urge to look for a companion, then I'll include the filtered results, but if not, I'm happy to avoid them.
Elianora Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 random question. why block "companions" tag. I mainly block tags just to not have the hot files section full of animu waifus and metal bikinis. When I use the site search or browse all new mods, I turn off the filter. I don't miss anything cool being published, and I don't have to look at mods I don't care about in the hot files. My hot files is usually full of good and interesting mods because of this.
