I killed 5 of the 6 trolls, but when i was looking for the 6th, i could not find it.. I could hear it, then all of a sudden, i'm getting attacked by an invisible force, so i run like hell, since my Detect Life spell didn't do anything.. So yeah, i was wondering where that was, then i just gave up trying to think about it.. Well, i found that troll.. and it wasn't even in the painting... It was in, of all places, The Kings and Queens Tavern... I had a quest for the Dark Brotherhood, where i have to kill this Skooma-Addict.. i walk in to the tavern, and i see that woman fighting the troll.. she died, so i did that resurrection code, and she and the troll fought again.. the woman shouted 'Run for your life!!!' and ran out, with the troll right behind her.. I chase them out into the street, no woman, no troll.. i raise an eyebrow and go back in.. There was the woman, but i didn't see the troll anywhere.. hmm.. maybe it will turn up.. like in the house where you have to kill the party guests.. Sounds like a twisted Reality TV programme :P Lol.. i could just see them banging on the door shouting 'Lemme out.. All the soldiers set up camp outside the Bruma castle. I was exploring caves and ayleid ruins and one of my companions from a mod attacked a lich in the ruin and i thought of just running since the lich was after my companion. I fast traveled to Bruma castle and a lich and a few zombies started attacking out of nowhere.All of the allies got killed after so much repetitive work. Michelene Posted June 29, 2006 Share Posted June 29, 2006 I had something weird today; I was checking out the Akaviri Fort mod I had downloaded, and after, I grabbed the horse that was there - it didn't have a red icon, so I just grabbed it. I also happen to be using the Vincente companion, and we rode on out of there up to Anvil. We get about 50 game feet (I love that expression) from the gate, and this guy - this huge orc - comes charging out of the woods and starts attacking everyone in sight. Erk? I had dismounted to grab some nearby ingredients, so Vincente followed suit - first, his horse goes down. Then Vincente goes down (thank goodness he's essential, or whatever, he just goes unconscious), then a couple guards fall under this guy's whatever it is, it's HUGE and he's moving fast for a guy in all that heavy armor. Vincente gets up and deflects the guy but goes down again almost immediately. Drat his slow regeneration! Now this orc is swinging around and his eyes seem to catch mine (oh, noooooooo, I'm a sneaky marksman out of poison) and here he comes. My horse gets between us, gets hit, and attacks him, buying me a precious few seconds to backpedal as swiftly as possible, laying arrows out and missing horribly because I'm running backwards up a bumpy slope. My horse is dead in one swipe, and Orcy's not even slowing down on his way to me. I don't think his eyes left mine, even as my horse fell at his feet. I mean, this guy wants me dead. No less than three fire-enchanted silver arrows later, he seems to freeze in midstride, and turn kind of gray, like, you know, they forgot to color him in or something. I approach slowly, and bust him another one to be sure. He burns, he falls, and I get notified that a chill presence senses my murder. When I get over to him, I find out it's someone named Umbra. What the hey? I don't know this guy at all. I still can't believe I killed him (yay, me!), but where'd he come from? Why'd he kill Vincente (twice) and our horses? For NO GOOD REASON. Jerk. And I got noticed by the DB to boot, which I was trying to avoid. You try making it through a whole game without ONE murder. This guy ruined my record! I thought Umbra had soul trap, but his weapon was unenchanted (and too heavy for my tiny sneak). He had some heavy armor, also useless to me, but nicely enchanted and sold for a pretty penny. Diablo was easy for my rogue.. i would welcome the challenge, meself. *chuckles to himself* wish that changed the outcome of the ending, regarding 'who' actually fought 'who'. There is a... dumb ass -I mean- jerk who is creating mods and uploading them to screw with peoples' games. If the arrows went through him, he's been upped in scale. I suggest not downloading (so far) any mods with angry posts in them (I posted a LONG one on ALEX''S AWESOME FILE). If you have a mod made by him... no, I suggest seeing who made all of your active mods you got from TESSource or the location stated by Alex on said file and looking at the thread for them. That is by far the funniest thing ive ever heardthe only weird thing that ever happened to me was i had assasinated someone for the DB and i had spawned a Db murdured npc to help me and she attacked me when i killed the person lol then the gaurds killed her....and one other thing that frequently happens to me usually when i get out of jail theres always some one out there to greet me and by greet i mean attack me and then then gaurds kill them and their bodies rot in the streets for days Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
