Morrowind Construction Set Errors

Recently installed Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon on Windows 8 Pro (Build 9200). I uploaded a mod here quite some time ago and recently someone contacted me suggesting how to fix one of my scripts, so I thought I'd update it. But when I start the CS, load Morrowind and the expansions with my mod as the active file, at 70% (Tribunal) it comes up with

"Chunk size 10 too big in chunk WEAT_ID in form REGN_ID. Max size is 8, data truncated to "#||" (2 other characters I cannot type) Continue running executable?"

So I click yes, it then says "DataHandler: unrecognized form. Look in the Warnings.txt file for more info. Continue?"

So again I say yes, it then comes up with the first error but different characters for what the data is truncated to. This continues, then I get a few regions with weather percentages that don't equal 100%, and then into the usual "following string is different for topic" stuff. I say yes to all of that and immediately the CS stops working. Of course Windows checks for a solution and as per usual comes up empty handed.

When I run it in administrator mode, or compatibility for Windows XP, it cannot even find my plugin and will only find the .esm files. Has all the same errors and terminates the same way.

My warnings file only contains "Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 2." which people seem to say is an irrelevant error.

I've re-installed it all and tried a variety of compatibility settings and nothing works. However, if I only load up the Morrowind.esm, there are no errors. Is there anything I can do to fix any of these issues?

EDIT: Morrowind runs fine with expansions. But when I go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files" I cannot see my mod or a few other plugins that I have, and that's with hidden files visible. Yet they appear in the editor list when not in compatibility mode.

Searched around a bit and found that there are issues with installing to Program Files, uninstalled everything and reinstalled to C:\Bethesda and everything is functioning without errors. I don't understand why but I'm not going to complain.

For info then (as you've fixed it) the weat in "WEAT_ID" is short for Weather. That error's indicative of installing Bloodmoon before Tribunal. As Bloodmoon is the only expansion to add new weathers to the game (snow, blizzard) installing Tribunal after Bloodmoon wipes out the changes to the executable needed to process those new weathers.

But yeah, install outside of Program Files in Windows Vista or later. UAC and folder virtualisation affect things.
