Glad that I saw this post, something has been off with my internet speeds in general, when it comes to download. The only program I've come across that allows full usage of my bandwidth is Steam, albeit the consistency is lackluster. 116kbps - 12megabytes/s

First of all, submitting the CDN data without including your location and Speedtest data is useless.

Internet connection here is fine, only problems downloading from Nexus. Some mods stream along at full speed as intended, while other mods refuse to download or are extremely slow to download. It does not matter if I use NMM, MO or direct DL.

There's no difference if you use MO or direct DL than NMM download coz they all use the same server i think.

@Zharif - the CDN has several hundred servers located all over the world. So yes, it is possible that you would get a completely different server if you download the same mod at different times. That is one of the reasons these slow downs have been so puzzling.

I've been trying to download "Undeath" for the last few days and the download will start out normally on a manual download with a download manager that I have installed on my PC. Within a short time the download speed gradually decreases until it bottoms out at 2 to 5 bytes per second and then it stays there. I get the same result at different ISP's over and over. I don't have the Nexus Mod Manager installed.
