Thanks much for your help- the console code helped some, but still had some shaders with problems- mostly the grass

 

also, the download from tesnexus didnt change anything :(

This only seems to occur when the weather is cloudy/overcast, maybe that will help....

Just a thought: after you updated your Bash patch did you run TES4LODGen?

What is your graphics card? Something like that might be the result of drivers not being updated.
