I'll see about ripping the stuff from the old .esp. I'll go check and see if I still have it on Megaupload. I think I should leave out the actual Nocturnal architecture, and just leave in the little bits of scenery. No SI, right?

Okay, how heavily wooded should it be? I've left it at about what it was when you first saw it. I've just cleaned out all the extraneous things like NPCs, architecture, and that second worldspace. As well as mixing in some extra bits of landscape and removing the massive tree roots.

There should be a large cleared off area for the town, with the buildings and stuff, but otherwise pretty wild.

 

As uninviting as I plan to make the town, I'd like the surroundings to give the impression the town's safer (which is of course entirely untrue)

 

There's need to be a large portion of the coast line free though, since it's a fishing town and I need to build a dock.

Okay, I've cleared off some of the coastline, and some area near the old entrance, which should serve your docks well. You can probably use that island hill the old gate was on for a broken lighthouse or something..

 

To save time, I'll just attach the .esp here and assume you still have the resources from the old mod. Only thing that gets reused is the rocks, anyways. I think.
