How can I add Advanced Recon effects to added helmets?

I recently downloaded ADAM and acquired the Prototype Riot Gear helmet and I would like to be able to add Night vision, Thermal Vision and TAC from the Advanced Recon mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/38328) to it but so far have found no way to be able to do so.

 

Anyone have any ideas how to do this? Thanks for any help.
