Illiad86 Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 SP2? You should have updated to SP3 long long ago. Newer drivers, programs, etc. need SP3 to run properly. Need a bit more information than what you have posted...what did you do before the error happened? Computer still turn on? What exactly was the BSOD? MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION? PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA? IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL? STOP error you have up there...think that's page fault....not too sure though. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LoneEagle Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 Have you recently installed any new hardware on your comp? New RAM, Video Cards, anything? When does the BSoD occur? What types of actions usually trigger it? Are you even able to start Windows? When I had MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, and IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL, it was because my new RAM was bad.
