Knights of the Nine Problem

Hello, has anyone had this problem before?

 

when I do the Knights of the Nine quest, Stendar wayshrine is duplicated, one just north of Bravil and one just west of Ill Omen, so I can do 8 of the wayshrines but cant finish them, I have uninstalled Oblivion, removed all mods and directories, reinstalled Oblivion (ran a vanilla character through the wayshrines and the same thing happens), I have searched the internet (Google and Yahoo) and found nothing to help :wallbash: .

I there a way to bypass the wayshrines and continue to the Cloud video, or a way to bypass a certain wayshrine (the one that doesn't show up is Arkay).

 

this happens no matter what character I use, vanilla or plugin mod

yes there are 2-4 copies of each wayshrine

 

and the game map to the shrines is hard to read

 

try uesp.net for a better map to ALL of them

ok thanks for the link, I found Arkey

it wasn't a problem with the map being hard to read, or anything like that, I found 13 wayshrines and the map says there are 9, but at least I found them all
