Unexplained completely random CTDs

Scripts cleaned by save cleaner aren't same as Scripts folder in your Data folder (don't try to delete your script folder!) They are leftovers from mods what you removed from your game earlier. Good to hear that cleaning solved some problems at least :)

Can't really help/guess about vampire problems because I never used any vampire mods (don't like playing as a vampire). It still sounds like somekind mod conflict or load order problem, but no idea what one.

And yes, Stable ugrids is good addition too for more stable cell loading/swapping.

I'm still having some CTD errors, but by now I've cut them down to happening with a couple of hours space, which is more or less what you'd minimal expect with a very heavy load order. I was having problems for a long time with loading times taking forever, the game crashing while loading, including crashing while loading something right around the corner, but I uninstalled Audio Overhaul for Skyrim and that killed the error almost entirely. I sitll freeze sometimes when I view an Opulent Mage Robe in the inventory or a shop screen, so I'm going to swap to the 1k version of that. Which is very odd because some things are using 4k textures without any issues at all.

Also I actually started using Vampiric Thirst now for my werewolf mod list as well, simply because it makes vampires so much cooler to fight, shifting into a swarm of bats and reforming, tons of blood magic spells, it ups the difficulty on ancient vampires and the like more than any other difficulty specific mod.

Checking where you are at as far as stuff goes....

posting your System specs helps know if you have overdone the modding....

Download SPM (Skyrim Performance Monitor) ...run that while playing OR till crash preferably ...post the Graph.

Things to post that can lead to spotting that one thing that can take your game to a 8 hour stable fun fest....( i run 250+ mods and play 8 hour sessions all the time).

Post your....

ENB local AND series.ini's

skse_steam_loader.log.....found here>>E:\Users\Dark\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SKSE...Its the last log...check the name carefully.

SKSE.ini

Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini

Put each one in a separate Spoiler tag. I bet i find something to change....:).

For now here's Mod Organizer's list of active mods, all the mods with a + in front of them are active ones.

Okay I don't know have an SKSE log, but here's my SKSE ini, it's very bare bones;

I don't know how to enable SKSE logging, or if it's a Mod Organizer specific version of that.

I've run SPM and got the graph but I don't know how to post it or export it from SPM. I ran it until I hit an infinite load screen during a teleport from Caranthir Tower to Winterhold interior. I tried specifically to crash the game while running it by flying (Flying Mod + Dragon Wings) all over the northern part of SKyrim and picking up three Stones I hadn't discovered yet, no crashes mid flight, then back to Caranthir tower after visiting solitude, killing bandits on the way, then it crashed after over an hour's play. Overall I'd say my game is fairly stable by now.

Two things what I've noticed with quick check: 1) you're running ugrids 7, try to set it back to original 5 and test it like that. Yes, you see more ugly LOD, but if you run so many mods, then having ugrids 7 can trigger even more scripts running at same time and loading more world and textures, its nicer, but has a cost.

In SKSE.ini: why such weird number for two cells total?

defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=590

Basically your first memory cell is still only 334MB (I can get mine fairly easily over 400), what's not much better than original 256MB. Usually recommended number there is 768.

edit:

looking your MO modlist, is it "upside down" or did you put your Skyrim Unofficial Patch etc last to your loadlist and overwrite all other mods values?

+Falskaar - Dawnguard Compatability Plugin
+Falskaar
+Unofficial High Resolution Patch
*Unmanaged: HighResTexturePack03
*Unmanaged: HighResTexturePack02
*Unmanaged: HighResTexturePack01
+Unofficial Dragonborn Patch
*Unmanaged: Dragonborn
+Unofficial Hearthfire Patch
*Unmanaged: HearthFires
+Unofficial Dawnguard Patch
*Unmanaged: Dawnguard
+Unofficial Skyrim Patch

those should be first in your mods loadlist, not last. Unofficial Skyrim Patch nr 1 and so on.
