Best HD Mods?

I'm trying to make my oblivion look as good as possible. My computer can handle pretty much anything.

I have quite a few but I know there's some I'm missing. I don't think Qarl's pack covers EVERYTHING. I'm looking for:

Textures (2k+ if possible)

Meshes

Effect retextures (fire, etc.)

Check InsanitySorrow's Improved Armory series and Weapon Improvement Project.

For weather mod, I rather recommend Weather - All Natural. This with Natural Habitat(And if you like NE gauge replacer, keep it) works nicely.

For textures, there's AmpolX Textures.
