you can just uninstal and reinstall it from steam. after you do that though, backup your hard files so that you won't have to reinstall it any more, just overwrite the files. can check the guide in my sig.

go to steam tray, library, Steam upper left corner, backup & re-install existing game, choose Skyrim -» process = 11 disk with all Dlcs, can be found here \steam\backups

go to your library, right clic Skyrim, delete local files, it will delete....Skyrim

go to C:\prog...x86\Steam\SteamApps\Common\ del Skyrim file if still

go to C:\users\MyDoc\MyGame\ del Skyrim

Done

 

then to re-install, go to steam tray, library, Steam upper left corner, backup & re-install existing game, re-install from backup, process, Steam will load few files, it take less than 15 mins to do this way (on my rig)

note: if you've installed mods with NMM, they'll be in NMM still if you didn't del C:\games\NMM\Skyrim where all the backup archives are.

 

this is the only way to have a real clean vanilla skyrim again :)
