Lockpick location

After picking a few locks, I notice that the amount of my lockpicks are slowly decreasing. Where can I buy/get more, preferably somewhere that doesn't require a quest to get to, or at least not a long quest?

Uh, the Dark Brotherhood and Arena are keeping me fairly busy, so much so that I've kept the main storyline quests on hiatus.

Ya, find Shady Sam by walking the outside walls of the imperial city, he sells 30 lock picks at a time, also the Khajiit in the Dark Brotherhood sells them, those are my sources.

Isn't there a limitless lock pick you get somewhere? Sorry I don't know what it's real name is in the game. If anyone knows how you get it please tell me, not the details just which quest it's connected to. I'm going through lock picks like there is no tomorrow.

Getting lockpicks:

1. Kill some goblins and bandits. They often have lockpicks in their inventory.

2. Buy them from Shady Sam.

3. Become a member of Thieves Guild.

 

For Skeleton key(infinite lockpicking with fortifying security), do Nocturnal's Daedric quest.
