Oh, someguy? I'm making a set of Tsaesci dragonscale armor for one of my mods, you think you can find a use for it when you bring in the Tscaesci?

 

Not anytime soon. That will probably have to be a different mod (hopefully involving the order on another island).

 

I would like to have an ill-fated crusade to Akavir as a future project. I think the Tsaesci would be the main enemies in such a story.

You could always make an add on for this mod, making it continue after the main quest is over, starting another war. Then again, it would be kinda weird doing that on the same island.

Yea, it would be set on the mainland of Akavir, and would be staged as a poorly-led disaster.

 

It will be months before I could start something like that, however. I want to get Malat up and running ASAP.

Thanks again for all the work on the textures and meshes. I'm already implementing the robes in the prologue (referenced attached image). For future models, please use a folder directory entitled "Malat" (i.e., Oblivion/Data/Textures/Clothes/Malat or Oblivion/Data/Meshes/Armor/Malat (just makes things easier since I'm inexperienced).

 

All of your help ensures the mod gets made in a timely, efficient manner (otherwise I'd be dicking around with models until Christmas), so thank you. The prologue's full outline and worldspaces (just a few islands, nothing major) are complete, and I've started the quests and NPC's. I'm hoping to release the beta in a few week.

Ok, the prologue is well underway, so I'm posting a file that details where we stand (as far as I know) with respect to models/textures. There is plenty of time before I'll implement all the models, but the file details everything I'll need, and also includes some extra projects that could be nifty supplements (but aren't essential). You guys are doing excellent work with the visuals, and I appreciate it.

Anyway, with the light armour... would you like a re textured guard curiass?

It seems the closest thing already in-game to chain mail with a tabard...

 

I can get to the heavy armour tonight aswell.
