EPK22 Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 I'm on the quest The Heist and I've been told to loot everything I can from a safe "beneath" the Militia HQ. Hofmund also uses the term "cellar" when first describing the quest. The problem is I can't find a cellar in the HQ. There are no stairs down from the first level nor is there any hatch or door marking any way into another cell. I even checked nearby buildings and all around the exterior of the HQ for any sort of way down. Am I missing something?
