Tywa Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 Hello this problem started happening after I installed Realvision ENB (for ENB 0.262) PC SPECS: A10-5800k @ 3.8ghzAMD R7 260X 1GB8 GB RAM1TB HDD (805GB free) Note; This bug/gltich is happening on all video settings. (Low-Ultra) Basically what happens is the textures look muddy/bland until I get close, then they load, examples below. ZZZ02 Posted November 29, 2014 Share Posted November 29, 2014 (edited) It is a game limitation, and can be fixed by editing something in the INI I can't remember what. I think Vurt explained how to do this in his flora overhaul mod so check there. But I also saw a lot of warnings about negative effects of doing this on gameplay and stability so I recommend leaving it alone. For the ugly distant waterfalls, I recommend skyfalls and skymills, that fixes the waterfall issue without the consequences. dennis20014 Posted November 30, 2014 Share Posted November 30, 2014 I may be mistaken but I believe it has to do with your uGrids setting, as ZZ mentioned, it is a limitation. I could be mistaken about that, I really never did a comparison to see, and I quit changing it after a bit anyway. There are some LOD texture packs you could try to get that makes distant background trees etc. look nicer. Just nexus search LOD and some stuff should come up.
