LE Tiny Request? No lockpicks from Hadvar/Ralof

So as you go through Helgen Keep you reach the torture room where your respective companion tells you to lockpick a cage and proceeds to give you 15 or so lockpicks .... there are however, several lockpicks laying around already anyway, so going for lockpick scarcity is there a little mod that doesn't add the 15 or reduces the number given to you? (To maybe, 1 to 3?)

Maybe because I'm using Sneak Tools and Stealth Rebalanced?

There are also some in the knapsack in the torture room, so you may be counting those.

im using Sneak tools, not the stealth rebalanced. Sneak tools doesnt affect it.

Here is one way to reduce it. Instead of waiting for him to do all of his talking, go grab a lockpick from the counter or from the knapsack and pick the lock open. If you've got it open before he gets to that line, he'll skip it and won't give you the lockpicks.
