Need serious help with using mods

I had Fallout 3 on Xbox (since I didn't have a good enough pc back then, now I have a i5 2500K 3.3Mhz / 8MB RAM / AMD Radeon 6970 2GB / Win 7 64x)

I got Fallout 3 GOTY to play the DLC and the mods. But it freezes on start-up. I get the logo and freeze + error "Fallout Stopped Working" (or something, I have Dutch Windows 7. Fallout is in English though, like every game)

I have al DLC installed.

I used Fallout Mod Manager and tried BOSS Auto Sort only to get error: http://i57.tinypic.com/11ql6ar.jpg

Translation: External server returned an error (401) Not authorized.

My list:

Some parts seem to work. If it doesn't crash. When i pick launch: custom I get crash. When I don't the game runs, I get some extra text pop-ups, but the LIVE menu option is there again. So no DLC?

DLC Is important. Since I only played vanilla on xbox.

Please help a console noob out :)

I also don't want to play vanilla F3. I could just play it on Xbox AGAIN. I want new locations, weapons, companions, enemies, quests, houses, factions, more towns, more NPC's fighting each other, etc

Also when I start game "launch Fallout 3" instead of "launch custom fallout 3"

The game starts, but the LIVE option is back and I get constant pop-ups "BOSE is not running"

I also lack add-ons such as the improved pipboy map.

Altough a few, but not all add-on have shown up on map I think. Like Vault 89. I don't think this was in vanilla F3. Or is it part of DLC?

I also noticed Fort Anchorage and Chinese Outpost. Are those DLC locations or add-ons?

Maybe not all of them showed up because I messed something up in the load order?

I was told you couldn't play the DLC when "LIVE" was in the main menu!

In order to have the game run on a CPU with more than 2 cores, you must preform the steps listed here: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1465357-installing-fallout-3-with-windows-78-and-xp/ The steps listed in the post are a must do. It is not a list of suggestions, but steps that must be done in order for the game to run properly.

If you are using FOMM, there is a setting where you can eliminate Games for Windows Live. The setting can be found under the "Tools" tab, Install Tweaker.

Do not try to use the BOSS auto sort feature in FOMM. I have been using FOMM for about 3 years and it has never worked. Also, when opening "Package Manager", do not try to signin. That feature does not work. To turn "signin" off, go to "Settings" and make sure "Check for new FOMod versions" is not checked.

You should be starting the game using FOMM, using the "Launch FOSE" button.

*below is in dutch as it will likely be easier for the OP to understand*
