Weapon Condition does not affect damage

So I actually do enjoy having to keep my weapons in decent condition but I don't like that damage is affected by it, so my request is simply that weapons do their maximum amount of damage no matter how poor their condition is (unless they're completely ruined.) To balance this out, I use Weapon Jams While Firing, which makes your guns jam more in poorer conditions.
