Graphics mods not working

I've never played FO3 and decided to give it a go today -- went mod crazy. I think I over did it...

I'm not a complete noob to modding, I played a lot of Skyrim and modded it a lot. Right now, I think my graphics mods aren't working. The ENB definitely isn't working, this is the biggest issue by far. I notice the graphics look way worse than the screenshots I see. I'm using the Realism ENB with ENB version 0.263 (it says 0.237 in the ENB but I read somewhere that the ENB version doesn't matter).

With ENB installed, the game looks totally dark. With ENB off, the sky looks normal. I also get an error message when I start up FO3 about the game not being able to find dlls (screenshot down below) And this isn't just with the preset; it is with even just ENB itself installed. Depth of Field clearly isn't working because things in the background are not blurred, even though they should be with this preset. Aside from the ENB though, I notice textures not looking as good as screenshots I see for the mods I have. Here is NMM, my game directory, and some ingame screenshots. I have a few lighting mods but none overwrite each other, and with the ENB gone but those mods still enabled, the sky still looks fine.

I really need your guys' help on this one. These are serious issues I'm having unfortunately

In order to provide any meaningfull help, more information is needed. Please see: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1592053-how-to-ask-for-help/

I have an Intel 2600k Sandy Bridge i7, an EVGA NVIDIA 670 2gb, 8gb of ram. I use the latest version of NMM and launch the game through FOSE renamed to FalloutLauncher. Steam is located on my second hard drive and the path can be seen in my screenshot of my FO3 directory (G:/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 3 goty)

I have AA turned off, Water displacement off, and HDR on in my launcher settings. In game the ENB menu comes up which indicates the ENB itself is properly installed. However, it is clear by looking at my screenshots that the effects the ENB are supposed to provide are not working at all.

I'm not really sure what more information I can provide than that. You can see my mod list and you can see what ENB files I have in my directory in my screenshots.

I do not use Steam and Steam is not necessary for Fallout 3 to run. However, there seems to be something wrong with your installation. You should not have a Fallout3 folder in the same folder as the Fallout3.exe.

When you launch the game, what path to the game is FOSE using?

You did provide a list of mods, but not a load order. I sincerly hope that what you posted is not the load order.

Nothing wrong with that. It contains the FalloutPrefs.ini.

Did you turn off anistropic filtering too? Do you get any messages upon launching the game that ENB is running? Do you get the in-game config menu when pressing the Shift + F12 combination on your keyboard?

Also remove your enbseries folder in your fallout 3 goty directory. The ENB binary for Fo3 can only "read" files placed directly into the main fallout dir.

And why do you have a SweetFX folder in there? You sure you don't still have a SweetFX preset active that's conflicting with what whatever ENB preset you're using?

went mod crazy. I think I over did it...

You know it. *cough* I recommend a clean install and starting over. Too much of a mess to sort out. *cough*

On my system (and I believe a majority of others) the FalloutPrefs.ini is installed in "Documents\My Games\Fallout3". The same folder where everyone that has to make the multicore .ini changes usually change the wrong .ini.

Is having it in the main Fallout3 folder a Steam thing?

Yes, it is indeed installed in that folder, but it needs to have a default backup of it somewhere. Kinda like how Fallout_default.ini in the main fallout 3 folder is the default backup of the fallout.ini in the "Documents\My Games\Fallout3" dir (which indeed leads to some confusion from time to time ).

If the non/pre-steam release doesn't have a "Fallout 3 goty/fallout3" dir, then I guess it must be placed somewhere else instead. It if has a default backup at all, that is.
