Change to Supporter Group?

I just realized that I'm not classified as a supporter anymore. I thought that if you are ex-premium you automatically become a supporter "for life". Is there something I missed?

Just a heads up - I've seen at least a couple other users casually mention the same problem (but no indication that they attempted to contact staff about it), so it may be more than an isolated occurrence. Sorry, can't recall specifics.
