Carrolj2
So I am just starting to learn about meshes. One of the first things I did was to go through and make the skin on most of my armors look 'glossy'. So that worked fine. I have continued getting new mods and making little changes to my game since then. Somewhere along the line though, something got changed and even though I have the 'NiMaterialProperty' changed to 100 on my specified armor, no glossy sheen appears. I'm not sure what caused this change. The only mod that I had installed when I noticed the change was Animated Prostitution. I went back and tried to replace my original folders to no avail. Do you guys know how this can be fixed? Thanks much for any help :D Just thought maybe I can raise the value of Gloss above 100.... didn't even consider that before lol. Let me try that. Ghogiel
Just thought maybe I can raise the value of Gloss above 100.... didn't even consider that before lol. Let me try that.that would be technically impossible. as the specular pinch is already at maximum. if F3 had gloss/specualr falloff maps, instead of a global control for it in the objects material, 100 gloss would be signified as pure white. no idea why you can't get a extra gloss on skin. I only suspect that the control is still bugged. try 90 or 99...iirc years ago, 100 gloss ended up reverting to 0 or something. but it doesn't sound like that, unless things have changed, 0 gloss had a issue with specular working at all.
