Move really slow?

Hello, this is my first topic in the nexus community because it's the first time that I can't find an answer to my problem. I started playing Skyrim again so I downloaded a couple of mods and everything was fine. Recently, my character (who is a mage) explode for no reason when fighting and is left with only like 5 hp. After this, my stamina stay at zero, never regenerate (I tried sleeper for many days) and I can't run. I'm really really really slow. Even when my backpack is full, I'm faster than that (I don't have desease, I checked). So he just walk really slowing, can't run with Shift or Caps. I can still sprint but he don't go any faster. He just sprint like if he was on a treadmill (he really look stupid). Trying to sleep was a pain because I have to reach a bed really slowly. I'm not sure but I think it happen when I'm hit by an arrow or spell when I'm charging a spell (for example : Fireball), it interupt me and then I explode... So I really need help this is a pain.... (sorry for my bad english)

is Skyrim fully up to date? i dont see the update .esm

I had this issue before, when I had SkyRe installed along with Deadly Combat and Combat Evolved (and probably other mods that may have been causing unexpected behaviour). There was some weird thing happening sometimes that caused my character to slow down unexpectedly and nothing I could do would fix it, except using the console command "player.forceav speedmult 100" to set the speed back to the default (100%). So you can try that to see if it resets your character back to normal, though I'm not sure if the other mods which change player speed (e.g. SkyRe etc) would affect speed properly after that. But its better than moonwalking all over the place.

Yes it is fully update and my update.esm is here. And thanks, I'll try removing my combat mod and see if it change something.

Are you Frozen....you have Frostfall , Wet n Cold and SkyRe....with that combo i have had this many many times...IF you get hit by a frost spell/arrow, and it puts you at the "Freezing" point you need to find fire!..warm up a bit and continue on..Frost Dragons are a pain, when hit, you walk slower then Slow motion. Go out to 3rd person,,are you frosty looking??

 

Things you learn with this combo...

 

Beds are few and far between , when tired.....Always carry a bed roll or tent.

In the north, fire is never around when you need it....Always carry Firewood, Ruined books.

Accidentally falling in water, in the north....do not pass GO...Build a fire.

Always carry food and Water.

Learn to Forage....

I have tried disabled my frostfall and it didnt change anything. I disabled Duel - Combat Realism.esp and now my problem is gone! I think it didn't work with the SkyRe combat.. So thanks everyone!
