No install buttons on mods

I'm having problems, first I tried installing mods (the mod config menu) an when the lil window pops up, there are no "install/cancel" buttons.

 

So I figured it's broke an decided to try reinstalling all my fallout 3 mods because I bought the steam version an uninstalled my old disc game, well heck, everything was going ok but when I came to the Fallout Wanderers Edition, again the window pops up, but no Install/cancel" buttons on the window, so now I figure it's the Nexus Mod Manager, anyone else having this problem, I have two fallout games I can't mod & play.

I tried reinstalling the Mod Manager, no effect, maybe this version is bugged.

I cannot answer for Mod Configuration Menu since I don't use it, but FWE requires additional work in order for it to be installed with NMM. The steps that are required are explained numerous times (sometimes on the same page) in the comments section.

ISSUE RESOLVED!

 

Same problem persists even with new version of NMM but I found a work around. I downloaded an installed this app/software that allows you to resize any window.

When I extended the install window, I was able to get to the buttons at the bottom.

 

PS. I figured out the problem had to be a window size issue at the very beginning, I have FOMM installed as well an noticed that the install/cancel que buttons were barely sticking out. So I figured that they were there but just not visible with Nexus.
