WarKirby3333
Efficient Procedure when Testing for mod problems. 1. Identify a particular problem or set of problems which you want to rectify. Best to choose one. 2. Create a permanent save in a safe place ie: not in oblivon. 3. Download timeslip's mod manager if you don't already have it. 4. Disable ALL your mods and test to be certain that the problem is definately a mod problem. 5. Activate 10 mods. Just start at the top. 6. Test, and if there's no problem activate another 10 mods. 7. Repeat activating 10 mods at a time until the problem occurs again. 8. Test all of that last set one at a time until you find the culprit. 9. Delete it, and send a PM or E-mail to the author explaining the problem clearly and politely. WarKirby
Vagrant0
Keep in mind, all mods are loaded into ram. If you don't have enough ram your computer might not be able to process everything when loading and crash. You should really try to add mods intelligently. If one mod changes loot value, don't use any other mods that change loot value. If one mod affects weather, don't use another weather mod. Only downloading and activating mods that you plan to use would also keep this sort of thing to a minimum. Part of the reason why the conflict detector might not work is because you have too many mods, or you don't know how to use it.
