romeoalpha42 Posted September 25, 2003 Share Posted September 25, 2003 in my last character i stumbled into a locked room.. well unlocked now in vivec i forgot where at but theres a guy hiding out that was in a room with a door labeled Keep Out and a lock level of about 100. luckily i had wild open and god mode on but anyways.. he asks you randomly where some place is but i forgot the name.. and then i just saidf yes for the heck of it and apparently my character new where it was heh but he asked what i used and i said axe and i got a daedric battle axe with 80 damage, i kicked but after that. may have been level 9 then but it sure made it easy to kill guys without god mode. tho i dont use it now cuz its cheating and cheating is no fun. so tell me where can i get all the different daedric stuff. i got claymores times 3 or so around mournhold and some other place which is weird cuz i thought the stuff was rare heh, but i want the spear and dagger(i had the dagger in my last character) and maybe a shield or something worth training in heavy armor cuz i know deadric's the best. so help me please. If you want to rough it out, you can go after Sorkvild the Raven in Dagon Fel and steal his Daedric Dagger. For Daedric Armor, you have to go hunting around. The Dren Plantation has a few miscellaneous pieces, and you can get Daedric Shields and Towershields as random loot from Golden Saints. There's a post in the official forums that details the location of all non-random Daedric items in the game that is pinned atop the Spoilers section. If you want to do it the easy way, you can take a near-full set of Daedric armor from Divayth Fyr by casting Disintegrate Armor on him until every piece of armor he's wearing is unequipped and then pickpocketing the armor from him. It is generally a bad idea to just kill Fyr, as he is essential to the main quest. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm pretty sure that this is the vassir-didanat cave quest that you can do very early in the game. If anyone wants to know more about it, they can probably do a search in the spoilers section of this (or just about any other) forum. As far as deadric weapons? Well, you can get some pretty cool enchanted daggers (one being probably the best dagger in the game) doing quests for the mages guild as well as the Morag Tong. Other than that, just check in any daedric shrine, because there are usually going to be dremora there. However, I'm pretty sure that they are leveled creatures (don't really remember) so you might not find them for a while. Another way is to summon, say, a golden saint. If you are quick enough, you can loot the body of your summoned golden saint and get whatever weapon/shield they were carrying (also very effective for getting glass and/or ebony). However, I have heard that if you try to loot them your game will CTD. To prevent this, I have heard, that you have to let the creature hit the ground before you try to loot it. If it is still collapsing after dying, and you loot it, that is when you will CTD. So, summon, kill, let it hit the ground, and quickly click on it to loot it (again, you have to be very fast). I have never really tested the whole CTD theory (falling vs. on the ground), so if I am wrong someone can correct me. I hope that this helps. thanateros Posted September 25, 2003 Share Posted September 25, 2003 only problem with looting summons is that you have to get very very fast at it otherwise your efforts are wasted. also one of the telvanni quests will get you a piece of daedric armor, and probably the only way besides killing a key person that belongs to the main quest. however after you've done the main quest there's nothing stopping you. ChinCheck Posted September 26, 2003 Share Posted September 26, 2003 i you want a Deadric spear go to place called Bernadas....its just SE of Gnisis(look at your paper map...or if u lost it like me then go here http://www.rpgplanet.com/morrowind/chalice...-morr-huge.jpg) The spear is implaed thorugh a skeleton thats on a rock....also has a deadric dagger in it too the place where u want to get to is Berandas Underground just go thorugh the top keep level and u will find it....when u get to undergrounds there will be a Dremora there after you kill him go right through hole in the wall then u will reach an intersection from there take a right and ull see the skeleton w/ the spear and dagger in him and in Berandas it has Deadroth a Golden Saint or two and Dremoras and a few of those haprie thingys called twil' licks or something like that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

romeoalpha42 Posted October 8, 2003 Author Share Posted October 8, 2003 well weeks later i had the spear it was awesome, but now i got another character yet again, this time havent cheat AT ALL. dunno why its so tempting, and ive been walking around islands looking for stuff and i need a daedric dai katana and mace to supe my guy up cuz all i got is a glass longsword and enchanted dwarven mace. help me out, let me know where to go by and all that, and is there a particular shrine or dwemer ruins that have the best looting value and where are they buy, im desperate at level 6/7. but i hold my own right now and willing to risk alot for those 2 weapons.
