Reason for the ban

Badly toned support ticket simply makes me want to revoke any privileges to this user.

 

I purchased on 29th (today) and it said it lasts until the 15th?! What kind of scam you pulling here!? Last i bloody checked 17 day bloody days is NOT a f*cking month! If this is some sort of error and I'm getting angry over nothing.. BLOODY FIX IT. Also, because of this appalling act, I'm also only going to pay once, and never again. F*cking ridiculous. Not to mentiont he hidden sales tax you only slap on when you're at the checkout. Scam artists. The lot of you.

First of all, your tone is appalling.

 

Second of all your payment expires on the 29th of January. It specifically says:

 

Purchased: Yesterday, 01:17 AM

Expires: 29-January 15

 

 

Third of all, there are very specific and noticeable notifications on all packages sold that state (and you can look for yourself):

 

 

Tax

Please be aware we are obligated by law to charge VAT (at 20%) to EU citizens. If you are an EU resident the total price at the end of the checkout process will be shown inclusive of tax.

 

This is because only 25% of visitors to the Nexus come from taxable countries and until we know the specific country you're from (which the site only finds out about when you enter your payment details, as we have yet to create a psychic web platform) we have no idea if you are meant to be paying tax or not. Hence why we have that notification on all packages/payments so you're very much aware if you live in the EU you'll have to pay tax.

 

I'm sorry you are incapable of reading and think your flaws are some how our fault.

 

Fourth of all, I have refunded your payment.

 

Fifth of all, I'm banning your account because I found your tone so horrible I have absolutely no wish to continue providing a service to you. And I sure as hell do not want your money.
