Aethemera Posted December 31, 2014 Share Posted December 31, 2014 Hey, I've been searching for a while now but I can't seem to find a resource where it states how to unlock all 29 shouts from the package. Also, there is a quest where it says I should meditate to know the first and second terms of the shout. I didn't mean to phrase it in that way. I meant a resource that shows the procedures to unlocking those shouts. I couldn't find the ability list so I don't know when I can gain new shouts and stuff.
