I have MGE XE installed but I don't know about the other one. Does MWSE have an app? And I also use MGSO.

MWSE is built-in, there's a checkbox somewhere in MGE XE's GUI. Make sure you've the latest MGE XE downloaded from here rather than the MGSO one

Ok I uninstalled and reinstalled everytihing but do you think I should activate MGSO or is it too outdated by now? I've already activated MGE XE and MWSE should be working fine. The only warnings I'm getting right now are these. Which is not as much I got last time.

One of the files that "MCA - TR Addon.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.
This may result in errors. Saving again will clear this message
but not necessarily fix any errors.
One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.
Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

I have no idea about MGSO, it's a pretty comprehensive mod compilation which suffers from not having been updated in a while.

It looks like the issue with the MGE XE plugin is fixed as that warning'd appear on starting up Morrowind, from what I remember.

This is weird:

One of the files that "MCA - TR Addon.esp" is dependent on has changed since the last save.

That message appears when the masters (ESM files) for an ESP you have are different to those the mod creator used. Double-check you're running the latest versions of MCA and TR.

If you get the latest version of mlox (0.60) from here on Nexus that'd help out with that and may point out other things. The version of mlox included in MGSO is years out of date.

These can be ignored (and don't appear in game):

Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.

Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2.

They just mean Morrowind found multiple copies of the same file (in BSAs or loose in Data Files).

I just found out that I use the latest version of both.

Oh, then you must be using a non-Engish version of Morrowind then.

I'd recommend using Wrye Mash or TESTool to update the MCA TR Addon plugin so that you don't get that message on game start (that means you're not tempted to press Yes To All and miss more important error messages) but it's not game breaking.

If you fix that (or tolerate the error message) you should be fine.

Hmm I must have the old version of wrye mash because I can't really find a way to update anything, where can I get the latest version of it?

Try this:

(1) On the Mods tab all mods should have a green checkbox.

(2) If any mods have a yellow checkbox, select them and then look for the

Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be

updated and the error removed. The error just means that the mod was

created with an earlier version of Morrowind to the one you're using.

Saving in Mash will update this version info.

(3) If you have any mods with red checkboxes then you do not have a ESM

file needed by that mod loaded. Check the mod's readme.
