LHammonds
1. Install NifSkope (instructions can be found in this description)2. Start NifSkope3. On the top menu bar, click View and make sure Block List (F2) and Block Details (F3) have checkmarks beside them.4. On the top menu bar, click View and expand the Block List sub-menu and make sure "Show Blocks in Tree" is selected. well, how about a picture instead with all the pertinent areas highlighted? This is not the exact model but the same process.
ub3rman123
For matching up new faces in the UV, did you regenerate it or use some form of craft unknown to me to simply add on new faces?
LHammonds
Probably a new craft. Whenever you modify a model that already has a UV map and texture, any new faces you add do not have a UV map...however, it is auto-associated to the same material of the object you are modifying...so all you have to do once you add the new geometry is to select the newly added faces and them to the UV map. In this case, I positioned that part of the model facing me and told it to unwrap using the "project from view" onto the texture and then sized/positioned the UV onto the texture so it would look good and match. ub3rman123
So you gave them their own UV, then merged the two together? Interesting.. EDIT by LHammonds: Let's take this to PM rather than hijack this thread.
