I need to know where to go for this because I have the receipt email from paypal showing my payment with the transaction number. Pronam Posted October 5, 2010 Share Posted October 5, 2010 I've send a PM too but with the flood/ you being on a holiday it might step out.I'm having the same problem, using the upgrade version instead of the expiration/re-subscribe one. I also went from 6 to 12 months like fiskin1If the upgrade function is maybe bugged for the moment..could it be disabled till it's solved? as it seems to remove the premium at all :S even though it's not officially expired.
