Enhanced weather mod bug?

Ok, I have installed the enhanced weather mod. These are the step I did,

Manual install

1. I have copied all files from the "00 core" file into the Oblivion/data directory.

2. I then installed 01 tamriel file to the oblivion/data dir.

3. I then installed the 50% darker nights mod into the same dir.

4. I then installed the Kvatch Rebuild Pacth files to the oblivion dir.

5. I then activated these mods in the menu.

I started the game and it seems as if the weather is not acting right. It rains really quick then stops and gets foggy really quick and then clears up really quick. It just seems like it loops through this over and over again. Is it suppose to do this? It doesnt seem like it can stay sunny for 2 seconds or rainy for 2 seconds. Like it cannot make up its mind. I do not have any other weather mod on. Here are my specs and all the mods i have installed into oblivion. Please help me.

windows 7 64 bit

athlon phenom II OC at 3.7

Ge-force 295 GTX

First of all, Enhanced Weather is outdated. You should consider removing it and switch over to Weather All Natural.

Secondly, your mod list does not help, as it's just an alphabetical list. It is far more help to post a list (in spoiler tags) taken from Wrye Bash, which lists any mods that are disabled etc.

Thank you for your help. I will switch to weather all natural. I dont know what Wrye Bash is. Also, sorry im a noob, but what is spoiler tags?

Ok.... I downloaded wrye but it puts a launch icon on my desktop that I cannot use. I go to click on it and it ask me if I want to search the web for a program that uses PYW files. Did I do something wrong?

Wrye Bash, though it might seem very daunting at first glance, is probably THE most useful tool for people who use Oblivion mods. It has oodles of features, one of the most important being the Bashed Patch, which when used alongside BOSS can alleviate virtually any mod conflicts. Some mods actually will not run or will cause crashes (without expert knowledge) unless a Bashed Patch is used.

Spoiler tags are what forums use to 'tuck away' information that is either too long, or as the name suggest, is a spoiler which sould be hidden from first sight. The user has to click on the Spoiler button to see the contents. To wrap something in a spoiler tag you first enter (WITHOUT spaces) [ spoiler ], then you paste or write your content and at the end close the spoiler with (again WITHOUT spaces, and backslash is important) [ /spoiler ] -- I had to put spaces in otherwise you would have seen the spoiler button, and not the code.

Awesome thank you.

:Update:

I got it all to working after jumping through all kinds of loops for a weather system that is not really much difference from the normal weather system. The sky looks better, but other than that I really dont notice much else. Maybe I just havnt played long enough to see all the weather effects but again, seems like a lot of work for a somewhat ok weather system. I do appreciate the help though and im sure that this Wrye tool and the obse tool will help with other mods. At first it was kinda a lot to deal with at once and installing all this was not as user friendly as I thought it would be. Again though thanks for all the help.
