Decreased FPS when viewing very specific areas and FPS loss over time.

So it's been a while since I've done this whole modding thing and I'm having a bit of a weird issue. When I look at very specific areas in the game, I drop from 60 to 50 FPS and get a bit of stuttering. Now at first I thought this was a texture problem so I uninstalled all of my texture mods and tried again and the issue persisted. It's an issue I haven't really run into before so it has me stumped. It's nothing to critical but not being able to play smoothy when I absolutely should be is slightly irking. I've also been having issues with decreased frame-rate over time. Granted, this USUALLY only happens when I enter and leave an AWOP area. Not quite sure what the issue is there. SOme help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

60-50fps, lol, I wish I had your problem! Hmm, I'm rolling with three to four followers, so I'm lucky to get 30fps. Have you added any followers?

 

Each one costs me 10+ fps. Yeah some areas are worse than others, but I don't know what you can do about it unless you know something about "optimizing". Other issues might be overheating or maybe some kind of memory problem.
