Skyrim Main Menu Won't Load! Please Help....

I have 143 plugins (will list). I am running ENB series .262 with RealVision settings.

My pc specs are

2 HD 6970m in crossfire

i7 920mx Extreme edition overclocked to 2.5

8 gigs of ram

500 gig 7200 rpm Mechanical Hard drive (this is my bottle neck)

When I launch the game through Mod Organizer via SKSE I get to the Skyrim logo but no smoke loads neither does the main menu. I let it run for 15 min and it still will not load the menus. I am at a loss of what to do to fix it.
