Like human with scales, claws and so forth? I just would really like to make a character from one of my old games but unsure if the mods exist for the idea. And that they are kick ass and fit your bill without mods? I mean, there is a battle claws mod, another mod that makes their claws sharper or just use two daggers as your claws. And throw in a wings mod and that it; A dragon. Make them red and name yours smug as an extra.There is some mod that make them look human, but horrible and works like coffee, and scarier than latest paranormal activity movie. Anyhow, I wrote a post but forgot to post. I don't know mod that's already made, but I know couple which you with little effort could adjust into personal use. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33799/? Noz-Dor-Mu is half dragon and half man, fancy eyes and skin texture, enhance it further by making it use claws and hand mesh from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52918/? Takes a bit of CK tinkering to make it work, but results would be quite fancy. Basically only tools you'd need for this are paint.net, nifskope and CK.
