Mod that removes Marriages?

I wonder if there's a mod or is it possible to completely remove marriages in Skyrim? Since I think it's kinda unethical which Marriage in Skyrim looks alot like slavery where I wonder "What's next? the next Elder Scrolls game would allow you to own slaves too?".

In this instance, a mod to disable this specific option would be a waste of time. As stated by Seijin8, it takes some very specific things to even get this option opened up. If you don;t like the option, just don't do it. It's really that simple. There's a lot of things that are optional and objectionable to various people for various reasons. Simply put, if you don't want to do something in the game, don't do it.

Slavery? Really? You must have the happiest slaves ever.

like always i have to agree with lofgren... the heck you talkin bout slavery for? you dont force people in the game to marry you... so the whole comparison doesnt make much sense. i mean sure i get comparing slavery to housecarls since they litterally are forced to fight for and protect you until either they die or you die. with the latter ending with them being executed if you were killed in anyway (other then natural causes). also they can choose to quite which again ends with execution (unless of course their Thane allows them to quite that is). now that's slavery, not "hey i have this necklace you are single want to get hitched?"

I think the best alternative to marriages is if you got reallly 'close' to your companions which you can have sex with them during right times (I think sex can refill your health/magicka/stamina maybe...maybe that something that protects you and your partner from pregancy which converts the reproductive properties into to that...since there has to be magical or even alchemical means of birth control and also 'sex magic' has to exist somewhere in Tamerial which maybe there should be a side quest of gaining this before considering having sex with you companion character if they want to, which maybe even better your companions choices can be random or during certain times which when they say 'yes' it means yes but if they say 'no' it means no which therefore the option is off which prevents your character being a rapist and of course vice versaly maybe your companion can ask if s/he wants to have sex with you and you make that decision to say yes or no yourself.) but other than that they'll still be your companions/allys than wives/husbands.

I was already writing a message about hijacking thread, however it's your thread and now your opinion is completely different?

So you'd want sex but you want to remove marriage from the game? Really?

It's not for me to judge really, but I wouldn't have interest to work on such a mod.

You don't have to be married to have sex you know which is my point. I don't abide the "Wait till marriage" mentality. So no my opinion has not changed but instead I offered a better alternative being "Free Love" and Casual Sex (or basically Sexual Promicusity) which afterwords they can still remain as your companions instead of being house slaves as Skyrim portrays marriage to be which I find unethical.

Basically what if I wanted a character who really gets around....
